Saiweb

The tego() animation comes as a suggestion from Sean, taking a similar animation to decode() and animating only one char at a time, in a console/terminal style decode.

So I have decided to add a new animation function to this jQuery plugin and I call this decode, this animation simulates a sentence of text being decoded.

jQuery.saiweb is a plugin I am releasing under the creative commons license, it is more a tool set than anything else, that I will be adding additional functions to as / when I require them.
